About G.M PHAN-HOANG, Ph.D. Canadian citizen, born in Vietnam; distinguished university professor of Research Methodology for Economics and Cognitive Sciences, USA and CANADA; author of 36 publications; has been lecturing in 54 countries. Grand Master of Vietnamese Martial Arts. Founder of Vietvodao International (1972), Viettaichi (1990), Vietkhiphap, Vietchikiem (2000), Chi-Luc(2003), Chi-Vat (2007), MARTIAL ARTS WITHOUT BORDER(founded in 2007). Over a thousand of black-belts, teachers, and prestigious martial art masters have been educated by Master PHAN-HOANG.
